Duke) after 20+ years in law enforcement and several years running a home repair company.   My NC home inspectors license number is 1070.  I am also a licensed general contractor in the state of North Carolina.    I've completed over 1500 inspections in the Triangle area.  I've inspected condos to estates.  I inspect every home the same way:  thoroughly.   I inspect the home as if it was being purchased for one of my two sons.  I take pride in my profession.

You'll get a comprehensive computer generated report that is easy to understand and read (not a 3 part carbonless form with check marks and hand written comments).   Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report. My report follows the Standards of Practice set forth by the NC Licensed Home Inspection Board.
