I am not the cheapest home inspector nor am I the most expensive. My home inspector license number is #1070 and I've been in business since 1999. You are about to spend money on the largest single purchase you may ever make. Are you really willing to call someone with a year or less experience to save $25 or $50 on a purchase of $150,000 or more?
Our Prices are as follows
- Condo's $275
- Homes less than 1499 sq feet $325
- 1500-1999 sq feet $350
- 2000-2499 sq feet $375
- 2500-2999 sq feet $400
- 3000-3499 sq feet $425
- 3500-3999 sq feet $450
- Over 4000 sq feet above fee plus $25 per additional 500 sq feet
- Radon testing $165 (additional fee outside Raleigh/Cary area) for continuous 48 hour monitor or $135 for radon canisters placed at time of inspection.
- Pre-drywall inspections $275. $100 credited to cost of final home inspection when home is completed.
- Re-inspections $150 and up
- 1 year warranty inspections Deduct $25 from costs listed above. Warranty inspections are completed with the same thoroughness at a standard home inspection.
- NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME INSPECTION SPECIAL: If I complete your new construction home inspection, I will return before your one year warranty expires and complete an abbreviated inspection for a fee of $150.
- Basic Well Water Testing $85
- I can also schedule or assist you in scheduling a Pest Inspection and Septic Inspetion.
Payment is due at or prior time of inspection. Cash, Check, Paypal or Money Order accepted
Please review my inspection contract. N.C. State law requires I have a signed contract prior to the starting the inspection. If you will not be attending the inspection, please print, review, sign and mail a copy with your original signature. You may also fax me a copy and mail the original if time does not allow me to receive the original prior to the inspection. Inspection contract.pdf
I encourage you to be at the inspection if possible, even if for a short time so that you may ask questions and gain a better understanding of the systems in the home.
