NC State law requires the inspection contract to be signed and dated the day of inspection or before.   If you are a Real Estate Agent and are ordering the inspection for your client, please download the inspection contract PDF document and forward to the client.  If you are an individual client ordering an inspection, please print and read the contract.    The contract can be signed and brought to the inspection or faxed to the number on the top of the contract.
